Is training included?
User training is part of every handover. Deeper training, such as for someone who wants to maintain the system themselves, is planned together with you.
Can we maintain the system ourselves later?
Yes, if you want to. We document everything and teach someone on your team how the database and code work, so you are not dependent on us.
Is the training online or on site?
Both. We can sit with your team, or work over a shared screen — whatever suits your people best.
In which language is the training?
In English or Afrikaans, depending on what your people prefer.
