// work with us
Learn to build systems — with us.
We are looking for people, young people especially, who want to learn to design and build business systems with AI. We cannot pay a salary. What we do give is everything we know — hands-on, on real projects for real clients — and a share of the income when a system brings in money.
// why
The more you share, the more you get back
In the IT industry many people keep their knowledge to themselves — afraid that someone else will take their place. We have learned the opposite: the more you share, give away and teach, the more you get done, and the more you learn from other people yourself.
That is why we open our door to people who want to learn. You don't get a course or a textbook, but the actual work — alongside someone who has been doing it for years.
Cast your bread upon the waters — and you get Dagwoods back.
// our motto
// what you learn
What we teach you
Everything it takes to turn a business problem into a working system — from the first conversation to the handover.
Understanding the problem
How to talk to a client, listen and find out what the system really needs to do.
Database design
Tables, relationships and queries in SQL Server, Access and MySQL — the foundation of every system.
Building with AI
How to use AI as a colleague to design, write and test systems faster and better — and how to tell when it is wrong.
Web applications
Systems that work in the browser and on the phone, from the screens to the server.
Testing and handover
How to make sure it works, document it and train the users.
Support
How to keep a system running and let it grow with the client's business.
// how it works
How it works
Talk
Send a WhatsApp or email and tell us about yourself. We talk about what interests you and whether it is a good fit.
Learn by doing
You work on a real project with us. We show, you do, and we review it together — side by side or over a shared screen.
Build together
As you grow, you take responsibility for whole parts of a system, and later for your own projects.
Share in the returns
If a system you worked on brings in money, we share the income — agreed upfront and in writing.
// honest
Honest about what it is
No salary
We are a small business. This is not a job with a fixed income — it is an opportunity to learn and build together.
Income sharing
When a system brings in money, you get your share. The more you contribute, the bigger the share.
Real work
No exercises that end up in a drawer — you work on systems businesses use every day, and build a portfolio you can show.
// for clients
Does someone at your business want to learn too?
The same principle applies to our clients. If your business pays for a system and someone on your team wants to learn how it works — or even how it is built, so you can maintain and extend it yourselves — we are glad to teach them. We don't keep the keys to ourselves.

Questions about working with us
Do you pay a salary?
No. We{sys} is a small business and we cannot afford a salary — we are honest about that. Instead, we teach you everything we know, and if a system you worked on brings in money, we share the income with you.
Do I need to know how to program already?
No. Curiosity, perseverance and a willingness to learn matter more. We teach you from the start how to understand a problem, design a database and build the system together with AI.
How does the income sharing work?
It is agreed upfront per project and put in writing, based on how much you contribute. That way everyone knows from the start where they stand.
What does the learning look like in practice?
You work on real projects together with us — side by side or over a shared screen. We show you how, you do it yourself, and we look at what works and what doesn't together. You gradually take on more responsibility.
Can someone at my business learn too?
Yes. If your business has a system built by us and someone on your team wants to learn how it works and how it is built, we are glad to teach them. See training for your staff.
