Can the system work with our existing BOQ?
Yes. We import your BOQ, usually from Excel, and compare the actual costs against it — per item, per element and per month.
Is it only for large projects?
No. The systems were proven on projects such as Coega and OR Tambo, but the principles work just as well for a smaller contractor with a few sites.
Can data be captured on site?
Yes. As a web application it works on a phone or tablet, so diesel slips, deliveries and hours can be recorded on site.
Does it also handle staff courses and medicals?
Yes. We have also built systems that track courses, annual medicals, required reports and briefings per person on site. See personnel compliance.
